We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Supply Chain to lead supply planning and execution for our Professional Power Tools Division. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply planning, including purchasing, inventory management, and S&OP-related projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across demand planning, operations, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure optimal product availability and supply chain performance across EMEA.


Key Responsibilities



Lead monthly supply planning processes to support short- and long-term business cycles. Develop and maintain reliable purchasing plans for professional tools, accessories, and hand tools from TTI manufacturing facilities and external suppliers. Monitor sales trends to identify variances and adjust purchasing plans accordingly. Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to manage order flows, including expediting and de-expediting based on forecast changes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, quality, and responsiveness. Prepare and present inventory projections and updates during monthly S&OP sessions with the European executive committee. Provide visibility into product availability and proactively identify potential risks. Manage product lifecycle activities, ensuring timely execution of new product introductions and phase-outs. Achieve and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, service levels, and excess & obsolete (E&O) stock. Ensure timely and accurate reporting across: + Backorder trends
+ Billing risks
+ UFR metrics
+ Root cause analysis
+ Promotional plan tracking
+ Inventory development and risk assessment
+ Tail-end inventory management
Oversee inbound planning and ensure alignment across supply planning, transportation, and warehouse operations. Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement across supply chain functions.

Qualifications and Experience



Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior supply chain or S&OP role. At least 7 years of overall business experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level or above) and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Solid understanding of inventory management and service level optimization in a pan-European context. Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Proficiency in German is an advantage. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is beneficial.
