The Role





The Head of Talent will play a significant part in helping TritonExec scale from 80 to 100+ people over the next phase of growth, while building scalable talent frameworks that will support TritonExec's long-term growth.





You will be responsible for shaping and executing TritonExec's global hiring strategy across both our Search Practice and our RPO offering. On the Search side of the business, you will cover multiple verticals including Sales, HR, Finance, Technology, and our Interim Practice.





This is both a strategic and hands-on role: partnering with leadership to forecast future talent needs, designing hiring frameworks, and directly headhunting senior revenue generators, while also leading and developing the Talent team in India.




Define and execute hiring plans across Search and RPO, with a near-term focus on securing 7+ senior revenue generators and scaling delivery capability. Partner with senior leaders to understand requirements, create detailed briefs, and map succession planning. Build and embed scalable, repeatable processes for recruitment, assessment, and hiring. Headhunt and engage senior revenue-generating talent across multiple functions and geographies. Represent TritonExec as an employer of choice, selling the opportunity and elevating our brand presence. Manage and mentor the Talent team in India, ensuring high performance and alignment to global priorities. Provide structure, direction, and coaching to support the team's growth. Own TritonExec's employer brand across online platforms, social media, and event presence. Manage external talent partners and third-party recruitment relationships. Lead the employee journey from offer stage through to onboarding. Design structured 30/60/90-day onboarding frameworks to ensure successful integration.



Qualifications

& Skills Required




Experienced in executive search or recruitment, ideally with rec-to-rec or internal talent experience in a recruitment/search environment. Strong knowledge of revenue-generating and delivery roles within search and RPO. Commercially minded with a proven ability to headhunt and sell opportunities to senior candidates. Confident influencer with the presence to challenge and guide senior leadership. Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience designing and embedding repeatable talent processes. Strong brand and communications mindset, with experience shaping employer branding and candidate engagement. * Natural team leader with experience managing, coaching, and scaling teams.
