Head Of Targeted Support
Job Description
Youth Options is looking to recruit a Head of Service for our targeted support. This is a key role in our Senior Management Team responsible for the operational management and growth of our targeted support offer.
Youth Options has developed a reputation for delivering high quality youth work and support for children, young people and families; our targeted support works with those who have been impacted by negative life experiences. Our offer includes one-to-one and group support for care experienced children and young people, family support and delivery of Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) courses for parents.
With a strong understanding of the diverse needs of socially excluded and vulnerable children and young people and a commitment to a trauma informed approach, you will provide high quality management and support to enable delivery teams to deliver exceptional services supporting positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
Hours:
Full time, permanent - 37.5 hours per week (other, more flexible hours would be considered)Contract:
Initial 18-month maternity cover with view to becoming permanentDeadline:

Director of ServicesStarting Salary:
37,000 - 42,000#
About You
We're looking for a confident, creative, and values-driven leader who brings:
Experience in managing and motivating teams within children's, youth, or family services
A strong understanding of the diverse needs of socially excluded and vulnerable young people
Commitment to trauma-informed and strengths-based practice
The drive to innovate, collaborate, and grow impactful services
