Job Description

The Head of Tax Compliance and Reporting will oversee tax compliance processes and reporting for the Group. Based in the Midlands, this role requires strategic leadership and strong technical expertise to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.

• Lead and manage all tax compliance activities, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
• Oversee tax reporting processes, including preparation and submission of statutory tax filings.
• Advise on tax implications of business decisions to support strategic planning.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring timely implementation of required adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related queries and issues.
• Conduct regular reviews of tax processes to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Support audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the tax team to enhance overall performance.
