Miru is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Southend, Essex that is looking for a Head of Production.

We're a multi-award winning agency operating in the Construction & Real Estate sector, where we work alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.

Miru is looking for driven candidates who are creative, who will add to our forward-thinking culture, and who are comfortable pushing new ideas to improve our outputs.

The ideal candidate is someone who has great attention to detail, adaptability, excellent organisational skills, experience working alongside clients whilst leading projects, and creative flair throughout their work?

This is an extremely collaborative role, so being office-based is essential.

Key Responsibilities

The head of video production will oversee the creation and delivery of video content, ensuring each project aligns with Miru's vision and goals.

This role involves strategic planning, team leadership and collaboration with various departments to produce high quality video content within the construction industry and meet the needs of the intended objective.

The ideal candidate will work directly with clients to understand their brief, and translate that into a strong video campaign based on the client's targets.

Person Specification

At least 10 years experience within the creative industry, working alongside clients Experienced in creating high-quality video content Experience in video production and camera work Experience in using Adobe Premiere Pro Manage a steady flow of content Evaluate each aspect of the teams work Lead video projects through pre-production to post-production process to achieve powerful video content whilst maintaining brand integrity Lead film productions alongside clients Great file management skills Creating high-quality storytelling using photography, video production, and graphics that accurately informs, inspires and engages our clients/viewers. Good understanding of Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop is preferred but not essential Good understanding of Adobe After Effects is preferred but not essential Develop and enable video production processes Client management Team management and development
