Job Description
A Head Pastry Chef is required for this excellent 3AA Rosettes awarded gastro pub in beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status - no sponsorship is provided.
This beautiful property is a wonderful meeting of old and new, with prominent original features contrasted with modern decor and furnishings.
You must have senior Pastry Chef experience within a 3AA Rosettes standard environment, and without this experience we unfortunately can't consider your application.
The renowned Head Chef has a Michelin Star background and is looking to push this kitchen on to even greater things.

The kitchen is excellently equipped and is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
They are looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join the fantastically talented kitchen team, and the role would also be an excellent opportunity for a Pastry Sous Chef looking to take a step up.
As Head Pastry Chef you will:
- Be responsible for the pastry section in all kitchens within this amazing establishment
- Produce all manner of pastries and desserts and have an elegant and clean style to produce intricate and exquisite desserts
- Manage a team of Pastry Chefs
- Be responsible for ensuring standards are maintained whilst training and motivating junior members of your team
