We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join and lead our team of four Receptionists. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high end environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Run and lead a team with a professional manner
Act as our guest's first port of call, answering any questions they may have
Solve guest's issues or dilemmas with a calm aura and a fast thinking attitude
Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous office or administrative experience is essential
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
Demonstrated clerical experience in a similar role is preferred
A professional demeanour with strong communication skills
