is now recruiting for aHead Receptionist
to lead our Reception team atOddfellows on the Park
and play a key role in the Front of House experience.Full of character and charm, exceptionally well presented and with fantastic customer service skills, you'll give that all important first impression and be a consistent part of the guest journey.
Oddfellows on the Park is looking for the best individual to manage the day to day running of the Front Desk as Head Receptionist
.
Reporting to the General Manager you'll be responsible for leading a team of both receptionists and night staff. The role is five days over seven, covering both early and late shifts by rota, as well as duty management. We are looking for a minimum of two years' experience in Reception, ideally with some management responsibilities, in a quality establishment. Flexible and forward thinking, you'll have a real talent for engaging with guests and handling a challenge with confidence.
