Head Receptionist

to help lead our Front Office team in delivering exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Role

As Head Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, setting the tone for the guest journey from the moment of arrival. You will lead a talented front desk team and ensure a seamless, warm, and professional welcome for all our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role where service, efficiency, and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the reception team to deliver outstanding guest service Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, reservations, and other departments Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care Oversee training and development of reception staff Maintain high standards of presentation, communication, and operational procedures Creating and implementing of weekly rotas Guest billing reconciliation Covering management across all areas of front office departments Manager on duty shifts and responsibilities when required

About You

Proven experience in a front office supervisory or receptionist role within a luxury hotel environment Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g. Opera or similar) and front office processes
