Job Description

We currently have a position available for a full-time Head Receptionist to join our friendly reception team at our busy 24-hour hospital in York.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person to lead our client facing reception team. This role will involve overseeing daily operational requirements and ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, strong data analysis skills, and a passion to enhance customer service and patient care. Further training or qualifications in customer service or leadership would be an advantage.

The role includes:

Providing excellent customer service to all clients and monitoring and adapting to changes in client needs. Leading and mentoring the team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal colleague performance. Supporting the Management team and assisting practice growth by identifying areas for team and business development
This role is 40 hours per week and does include some weekends and bank holidays

Salary range 28,000 - 32,000 pro rata depending on experience
