We are delighted to invite applications for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Fair City Vets. We are looking for a motivated individual to come and lead our nursing team across all three sites.###

Role Overview

The role will involve managing our dedicated nursing team, providing high-quality patient care, and supporting the clinical team with day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for overseeing nursing duties, maintaining patient care standards, and ensuring that the practice runs smoothly.###

Our dedicated team includes six vets, five RVNs, three SVNs, and two ACAs, supported by a fantastic reception team. We are passionate about continuous professional development, encouraging specialisation, and supporting clinical progression at all levels.###

Working Hours

This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the option of a 4 or 5 day working week. In addition to this you will participate in a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota.

What We're Looking For

Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Nurse with excellent clinical skills Previous leadership experience is preferable Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and enhancing client relationships Experience mentoring SVNs is desirable
