We are now seeking a passionate and professional Head Spa Therapist to join our growing team.

About the Role

As Head Spa Therapist, you will support the Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager in the smooth running of daily spa operations. You will take pride in leading by example, providing outstanding treatments, motivating your team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering a wide range of

treatments to the highest standard Supporting the management team with daily operations and spa procedures Managing the treatment diary and ensuring efficient scheduling to maximise revenue potential Conducting training and upskilling sessions for therapists Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver excellent service and retail results Monitoring performance, guest feedback and standards to continually improve service delivery Maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism throughout the spa

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Qualified to SVQ/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy Experienced in a spa or luxury hotel environment Confident in performing a range of face and body treatments Passionate about training, development, and team motivation Commercially aware, organised, and able to manage rotas and treatment schedules Calm, professional, and guest-focused at all times
Desirable: NPLQ pool responder qualification

Experience with Germaine de Capuccini or other premium skincare brands is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
