Head Sports Coach & Operations Assistant

Full-Time Role (including evenings and weekends)

24,000 Salary

uSports is looking for a dynamic Head Sports Coach & Operations Assistant to join our team! This will be a remote role based in Bristol & South Gloucestershire. You can expect to have regular scheduled coaching sessions and will also regularly meet with the Bristol area manager in local facilities as well as working from home.

About the Role

This combined role offers a unique opportunity to wear two hats: skilled coach and dedicated operations assistant. You'll play a crucial role in:

Coaching:

Deliver engaging sports sessions in primary schools, football classes, and holiday camps.

Motivate and inspire young athletes to develop their skills and love for sports.

Lead by example, demonstrating excellent coaching techniques and sportsmanship.

Operations:

Assist the Area Manager with the smooth running of uSports Bristol.

Provide administrative support, including session preparation and communication with coaches.

Facilitate a positive and collaborative coaching environment.

Boost bookings on parent paid sessions.

We're looking for someone who:

Possesses a strong passion for sports and a desire to make a positive impact on children.

Holds a relevant sports coaching qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Coaching Award) with experience in coaching children.

Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Manages their time effectively and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
