Head Tennis Coach at The Foxes Club - Lead the Programme, Inspire the Future!


Location: Holland Park - Kensington


Hours: Guaranteed 8 hours of weekly tennis delivery, plus additional paid private coaching opportunities.


Pay: 30-40 per session, 240-320 per week

Your Weekly Coaching Schedule


These are the core coaching hours you will lead each week:


Monday: 17:00-18:00
Wednesday: 17:00-18:00
Thursday: 17:00-18:00
Friday: 17:00-18:00
Saturday: 09:00-11:00
Sunday: 10:00-12:00


Additional private coaching, holiday camps and special events can be arranged around these hours.


Who We're Looking For


A confident leader and energising coach who is ready to take ownership of a full early years tennis programme. Someone who can step onto the court with passion, support our coaching team, and build strong relationships with players and parents alike.


You'll thrive in this role if you are:


A proactive, organised and reliable leader
LTA Level 2 qualified (Level 3 or working towards is an advantage)
Experienced in coaching children aged 2-11.
Excited by the idea of overseeing session quality, trialists and programme standards
Ready to be a friendly, familiar face at the venue every week
Comfortable balancing coaching with venue-leading
Someone who enjoys building connections with parents and coaches


What You'll Do


As the Head Tennis Coach, you will be the heartbeat of the Holland Park tennis programme. Your responsibilities include:


On-Court Leadership


Lead or supervise every tennis session
Deliver high-quality, energetic, skill-focused coaching
Drive consistent improvement across the programme


Coach Management & Recruitment


Support and monitor coaching staff
Provide guidance, feedback and ensure high standards
Ensure sessions are well-planned, safe and engaging
Support the recruitment of new coaches by observing trial shifts and assessing new coaches.


Parent & Community Engagement


Be the first point of contact for parents on court.
Build strong relationships through clear communication
Support a positive and welcoming club environment


Programme Operations


Maintain accurate registers
Monitor equipment stock and request replacements


Additional opportunities include private 1 - 1 coaching, holiday camps and involvement in club development projects.
