Assistant Manager

As part of the management team at our flagship location, this position will be in treatment plus training and coaching other team members, supporting the manager in all areas needed, supporting on front desk.

You will be a strong retailer, lead by example, comfortable training and coaching your therapist colleagues across both treatment and retail, focussed on growing the treatment and retail business, experienced in front of house customer service.

You should be sales focussed, professional, thorough, driven, passionate about skin care and focussed on achieving results in your role.

A qualified beauty therapist is required for this role.

Currently working at Assistant Manager level or Senior Therapist.

The role:

Approx. 80% of time in treatment, training::

Leading by example with your professionalism, expertise and results Performing treatments, upselling, retailing and rebooking Coaching of the team to achieve their KPIs and thrive in their role Treatment training, ensuring consistently high standards Achieving business sales goals through strong re-bookings and retail Overseeing operations and ensuring correct processes are followed
20% of time in front of house management:

Scheduling client appointments, maximising treatment bookings through effective online appointment scheduling, re-bookings in-store and quick follow up of incoming client emails and calls Confidently managing client issues A keyholder, ensuring security processes followed by all team members

Essential experience:

A qualified Beauty Therapist Strong skincare sales experience and results Spa/Clinic/Salon team leadership and foh experience A deep knowledge of skin issues, products and ingredients

Desirable experience:

Treatment training Retail coaching People management and development experience
