Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic and experienced Trainee Assistant Manager at The Head of Steam Liverpool. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Trainee Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring daily tasks are completed, managing the team on shift and ensuring that all of our guests have the best experience during their visit.

We're looking for someone who

Ensures the smooth running of operations Experienced in cash management and handling Has an interest/passion in the craft beer industry Understands what great customer service is, and can build rapport with new guests, turning them into regulars Can take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue

Qualifications

Previous experience as a supervisor in a relevant industry is essential Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices is an advantage. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism. A passion for the hospitality sector, demonstrating commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: 12.40-12.50 per hour
