What we are looking for
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RVN who is ready to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience or the desire to step into a management position, along with a passion for providing high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential, as is a commitment to continuous professional development. We are looking for someone who can mentor and support others in the team, maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards improving clinic standards and clinical procedures whilst contributing to the growth of the practice.
Working hours
This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. There is flexibility around hours and shift patterns, which can be discussed at interview. Ideally, we're looking for a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week.
