'Head Receptionist' role
. You'll be managing, leading and developing our reception team of 2 (and growing), while being supported by 5 vets, 8 nurses and management.
Your overarching role will be prioritising client experience, team relations and admin on an 80% desk-based, 20% admin-based week. You will fulfil daily reception duties alongside your team members, while overseeing and developing the running of reception and dispensary. Your responsibilities will include diary management, debt collection, banking, protocol development and training of new reception team members.

The role:
Permanent 'head receptionist' position
9.5-hour shifts
3-4 days per week
Saturday morning rotation
