Summary

As the Head Server at Sally Lunn's Historic Eating House, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Located in Bath, this position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellent service while ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the serving staff to ensure high standards of service. Train new servers on menu items, service techniques, and food safety protocols. Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Multitask in a Shift Leader role when holiday cover requires it.

Requirements

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent hospitality skills with a passion for providing exceptional guest service. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and managing bills. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
