The Role

:


Booking of travel for all team members across the Klarent portfolio Prioritisation of travel requirements as necessary, processing requests in a timely fashion to secure the best possible cost Ensuring a thorough understanding of requests in order that all travel is accurately booked To correctly record travel detail to assist with audit requirements and spend consolidation Providing ad hoc support to Head Office PA team as necessary Accurate scheduling of meetings, conference calls and calendar appointments as and when required Work with the Klarent leadership team on specific initiatives, undertaking general administrative duties as required (involving word, excel and power-point) Mail handling & distribution Stationery ordering
