Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and experienced

Head Waiter

to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, and proven leadership skills. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth service operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Demonstrable knowledge of wines Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure The candidate should be positive, friendly and have a professional appearance, with an ability to upsell

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the front-of-house team during service on a full time basis Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently Collaborate with kitchen and management staff
