Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Server to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, with a passion for guest services and culinary excellence. As a Head Server, you will oversee the serving staff, ensure food safety standards are met, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the serving staff to ensure efficient service. Train new servers on menu items, food preparation techniques, and guest service standards. Manage table assignments and ensure timely service of food and beverages. Uphold food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, address any concerns, and promote upselling opportunities. Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies and communicate needs to management. Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with proven restaurant experience. Proficient in serving techniques and knowledgeable about food safety practices. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tips. Experience in kitchen operations or culinary arts is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional guest services skills to enhance the overall dining experience. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Pay: 12.21-15.63 per hour
