We are seeking an energetic and motivated Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest service and operational efficiency
Oversee food preparation, food handling, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Manage POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable to facilitate smooth transactions and reservations
Implement upselling strategies to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards are met
Handle cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during shifts
Train new team members on food safety, serving protocols, and customer service expectations
Maintain a clean, organized environment by supervising bussing, sanitation, and general cleanliness practices
Foster guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable dining experiences
Monitor inventory levels and assist in food preparation when necessary to meet demand
Qualifications
Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and hospitality management
Culinary experience preferred; knowledge of food industry standards essential
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong sales acumen with experience in upselling techniques to boost revenue
Previous experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
