The job

We're on the hunt for a friendly, confident and driven Head Waiter to join our team. Your natural leadership skills aside, you will be reliable, charismatic and enjoy working in a social environment. With our growing team, we need reliable, self-assured and capable supervisors to help guide our floor staff and ensure service runs seamlessly with guests' expectations exceeded. Taking guidance from our accomplished management team you will show a willingness to embrace our way of doing things and ensure the Rarebreed Dining standards are consistently met.

You will report in to the General Manager and prove a pivotal aid in helping to run the day to day operation. Drawing on your previous experience in the industry, you will work closely with the management team to provide extra support on shift and, where necessary, manage the quieter periods. It is critical that you work closely with the management team to ensure a fun, healthy & productive work environment is created for the staff. Therefore we are aware how important it is to hire the best personalities for our teams, as well as the role.

The nitty gritty

As you'd expect, we do have some expectations on the level of experience we require. We would hope that you;

- Have previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant with similar high standards and confident managing a section on your own

- Have smart presentation and appearance

- Have previously demonstrated strong leadership skills and are comfortable supervising a team.

- Are calm, confident and an excellent communicator

- Show a passion for all things food and drink

- Are passionate about hospitality and interested in developing a career in the industry
