Head Chef
to lead our kitchen team and take our food offering to the next level.
The Role:
As Head Chef, you will:
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Design and develop seasonal menus that reflect creativity and customer appeal.
Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in line with regulations.
Train, motivate, and lead the kitchen team to deliver excellence.
Work closely with management to drive the business forward.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Creativity and passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
