We're currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/ss to join in each of our hotel restaurants - The Botanical Rooms and The Farmyard Kitchen.

Our Head Waiter/ Waitress

As the Head Waiter, your primary role revolves around elevating the guest experience, ensuring the restaurant is impeccably set, and instilling confidence in junior waiters. Collaborating closely with team leaders and managers, you'll uphold service standards and ensure comprehensive menu knowledge among staff. Your role extends to coaching, inspiring, and leading by example, fostering a culture of enthusiasm and excellence among junior waiters, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the restaurant.

The Botanical Rooms

Showcasing the best of high-end, contemporary British food, The Botanical Rooms offers a luxurious experience for our diners. All dishes are created using produce from the estate and our local suppliers, served in our beautiful 60 cover restaurant.

The Farmyard Kitchen

The Farmyard, a reimagined dairy nestled in the rolling Somerset hillside, our newest hotel project which houses 17 beautiful guest rooms within a newly renovated farmhouse with outbuildings. The Farmyard boasts a swimming pool, games room, honesty bar and 40-cover restaurant. Open breakfast through to dinner and using the finest produce from the estate, we cook in a wood fired oven and our chefs serve straight to the table. Seasonally lead, hearty yet humble sharing dishes with carafes of wine served in a beautiful stone barn, with relaxed yet high-end service and open kitchen
