Your key role responsibilities as a Head Waiter/Waitress:

• Ensure guests are satisfied by delivering a high standard of customer service
• Be knowledgeable in all menus, wines, drinks, service equipment and food hygiene
• Responsible for leading the team and the execution of all orders for our guests maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and health & safety
• Proactively upsells and personalise guests' experience such as birthday, celebratory treats & VIPs when appropriate
• Ensure the guests' relationship with the hotel is intact upon departure and that all payments have been made and receipts have been delivered
• Effectively manage the shifts, including briefings, allocation of resources, micros, handover, supervision, and training of the team
• Empower the team and provide an inspiring service culture
• Assist your Manager in operational and employee planning

The ideal Head Waiter/Waitress candidate will:

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when personalising external and internal guest's needs and the changing demand and priorities of the business
• Provides leadership through leading by example, clearly communicating both operational and strategic information

• Be passionate about working within a family lead team
• Have previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant
