We're looking for a

responsible and experienced Head Waitress/Waiter

who also has solid

bartending experience

. This is a dynamic role where you'll lead our front-of-house team, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and support our bar service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire

the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service at every step. Oversee both

floor and bar service

to maintain high standards and smooth operations. Manage bookings, seating plans, and guest flow to maximise satisfaction. Take and deliver orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and quality. Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, showcasing your bartending skills. Train new team members and help them develop confidence and skill. Resolve any guest issues or concerns quickly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety in both bar and dining areas.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a senior waitress/waiter and

bartender

. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for hospitality. Ability to work calmly under pressure and find solutions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
