We are excited to offer a rare opportunity to join the outstanding team at Crown House School in High Wycombe as our new Head's PA and Head of Admissions.

This is a central role in our wonderful school community and the successful candidate will be at the forefront of our admissions process, welcoming new families and guiding them on their journey into the Crown House family while also working closely with the Headteacher as a trusted and proactive PA. No two days are the same and the role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys building relationships and has a flair for organisation and communication.

The Role Includes:

Delivering a welcoming and efficient admissions experience from enquiry through to enrolment. Acting as PA to the Headteacher, managing communication, calendar, correspondence and supporting the Senior Leadership Team. Overseeing school events such as open mornings, tours and transition days. Liaising with current and prospective parents, nurseries, schools and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. Supporting the school's marketing and communications, including aspects of the website and social media content.
Key Details:

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00-16:00 during term time, plus up to 25 days in holidays by agreement. Start Date: August 26th 2025 or sooner
