Salary: 26,367 to 28,789 - Grade 7; Point 18-23 Cheshire East Council NJC Pay Structure

Contract Type: 37 hours per week (full time), 39 weeks per year (term time only)

We are looking to appoint an experienced Head's PA & HR Administrator to provide comprehensive, professional and flexible personal assistance to the Headteacher to support them in effective and efficient leadership of the school.
The successful candidate will assist the Headteacher and HR team in promoting the organisational effectiveness of the school within the school and the wider community. They will have:
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Strong communication skills to deliver efficient and effective communication with stakeholders including students, parents/carers, governors, and external bodies
Proficiency in HR administration across the employee lifecycle
Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
