The Governing Body of Walberton & Binsted CE Primary School are seeking to recruit a Headteacher for our Ofsted rated 'Good' school for the start of the Summer term 2026.
We are a single form entry primary school in a semi-rural setting just outside The South Downs National Park. Our school building and grounds were rebuilt in 2006 to an excellent design. Our children enjoy coming to school as we work towards OPAL accreditation.
Our motto is 'The Joy, The Journey, and the Learning.' We are seeking a strong and progressive leader who will maintain our Christian ethos whilst developing our Quality First Teaching to the highest possible standard.

We are looking for a Headteacher who is:

• A strong leader with clarity of vision and good communication skills
• Passionate about raising standards to the highest level
• Able and willing to sustain and promote our Christian ethos and connection with the church.
