Risk and Management Services Limited is seeking a proactive and qualified
Health and Safety Consultant
to join our team. Someone who may be looking to become an Associate Director. This is a hybrid role designed for a motivated individual looking to make a tangible impact by advising clients on health and safety practices and supporting them across various construction and industrial environments. This will someone who be onsite assisting clients with their management. The role will require travel to sites between Leeds to Northampton.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert health and safety advice to a range of clients.
Conduct audits and site inspections, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
Assist in construction management and attend site meetings as a safety representative.
Deliver client training sessions on health and safety best practices.
Submit professional reports and maintain accurate site status updates.
Carry out risk assessments and develop comprehensive method statements.
Inspect installation work and raise safety concerns where necessary.
Work actively towards achieving CMIOSH status.
Requirements:
NEBOSH Certification (essential).
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., IOSH).
Valid CSCS card related to safety consultancy.
Strong communication, report writing, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage time and work independently across multiple client sites.
Package:
Salary:
CIRCA 50,000 basic per annum

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
