As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health & Safety Manager to champion our safety culture and ensure compliance across all operations.

Role Overview




As our Health & Safety Manager, you will be the driving force behind our H&S strategy, ensuring that our teams, clients, and stakeholders operate in safe and compliant environments. You will work closely with operational leaders, site managers, and clients to embed best practices and deliver continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and monitor H&S policies and procedures across all service lines Conduct site visits, audits, risk assessments, COSHH assessments and incident investigations Deliver H&S training and toolbox talks to operational teams, when required Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g. HSAW Act, COSHH, RIDDOR) Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies on H&S matters Support the mobilisation team on new clients Produce monthly reports and KPIs for senior leadership

What We're Looking For



NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (essential) Proven experience in a similar H&S role within FM or related sectors Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to influence and drive a positive safety culture Membership of IOSH or similar professional body (desirable)
