Health and Social Care Lecturer
to join our thriving team.
You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching, supporting learner progression, and preparing students for careers in healthcare, social care, and related professions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of Health and Social Care programmes.
Plan and prepare lessons that meet curriculum standards and learner needs.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear, constructive feedback.
Contribute to the development and review of curriculum materials and schemes of work.
Provide academic and pastoral support to learners, promoting achievement and well-being.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and progress in line with college policies.
Engage in continuous professional development and participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance processes.
