The Role





Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support the next generation of health and social care professionals through high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning.


Your Responsibilities Will Include





As a valued member of the Health, Education and Science team, you will:


Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across Health and Social Care programmes. Contribute to curriculum design, development, and quality improvement to ensure excellence and compliance with programme standards. Support student progress, achievement, and progression through effective monitoring, guidance, and use of college systems. Participate in recruitment activities such as interviews, Open Days, and Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG) events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your subject area and in effective digital and classroom pedagogies.
