Responsibilities
Design, implement, and evaluate training programmes tailored to the needs of staff in the healthcare sector.
Deliver engaging training sessions using effective public speaking techniques to ensure comprehension and retention of information.
Provide support and guidance to trainees, addressing any questions or concerns related to course material.
Stay updated on the latest developments in nursing, public health, medical terminology, and nutrition to ensure training content is relevant and accurate.
Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate resources.
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
Qualifications
Proven experience in teaching or training within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Familiarity with medical terminology and nutritional concepts is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in programme development and delivery.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
