Job Description

Are you a Health & Social Care Trainer with a background in learning disabilities, looking for a highly autonomous role with excellent opportunities for personal development?

In this role you will be responsible for preparing and delivering induction training all support workers in a rapidly expanding company providing comprehensive support to both adults and children with learning disabilities.

You will also engage in a tailored personal development plan where you will receive company funding for additional courses to widen your own skillset.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide homecare provider with a fast-growing learning disabilities department located in North Somerset.
