About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Female Support Worker

with a full driving licence to join our team. You will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live independently and with dignity, whether in a care home setting or through home-based services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication Promote independence and social inclusion through community engagement Drive clients to appointments, activities, and social outings Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team
What We're Looking For

A caring and empathetic nature Experience in care (preferred but not essential - full training provided) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals
