, you'll step in wherever you're most needed, bringing an exceptional personal touch and doing the "little things" that make a big difference.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes - personal care, delegated healthcare tasks, medication support, mobility, meal prep and meaningful companionship. Spot-covering staff absences and peak demand across the week, ensuring no client is ever left without support. Monitoring client wellbeing, documenting changes and liaising with families, GPs and the office team to nip problems in the bud. Championing dignity, choice and independence, tailoring every interaction to what reallymatters to each person.
What we're looking a

Healthcare

Assistant

or Carer

with a proven record in nhs community or domiciliary care. Full UK driving licence & own vehicle. Genuine passion for delivering "above-and-beyond" care with warmth, patience and respect. Availability for early (7.30 am - 3.00pm) or late shifts (3.00pm - 10.30pm), 5 days a week plus alternate weekends.
