Role Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker to join our team in a care home setting based in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal support Monitoring and recording residents' health and well-being Providing companionship and emotional support Working as part of a team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Following care plans and reporting any concerns to senior staff

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential) A caring and empathetic nature Good communication and teamwork skills Right to work in the UK A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one
