About the Role



We are seeking

Healthcare Assistants

to join our dynamic care team supporting adults with a range of complex needs in Supported Living settings. You will be instrumental in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities/Care Delivery & Person-Centred Support



Deliver safe, high-quality care tailored to individual needs Assist with personal care and hygiene, following full training Foster independence and positive risk-taking under the

Mental Capacity Act

Support with daily tasks, leisure activities, and community involvement Communicate effectively and empathetically, following individual communication guidelines Promote health and wellbeing through medication support, healthy routines, and appointments Help manage personal finances, document filing, and task organisation Accurately complete daily records and reports using digital systems

Team Contribution & Operational Support



Act as a keyworker to assigned individuals where appropriate Encourage social engagement and positive activities, both in-home and externally Comply with safeguarding, GDPR, health and safety, and internal care policies Work across various settings within the local area as required Attend team meetings, supervisions, and training for professional development Handle cash, medication, and documentation responsibly Maintain strong working relationships with families, colleagues, and other professionals Support with transitions, outings, and sleep-ins as needed Be flexible and responsive to the changing needs of the people we support

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: 13.52-15.52 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
