As a Health Care Assistant (HCA), you will be integral to providing compassionate care and support to patients in various settings, including care homes and home care environments. Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Implement and follow care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing updates on care and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in various settings, including home care and care homes. Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all interactions and tasks.
