Health Care Assistant (nights)
Job Description
The Nightingales Nursing Home, Thornton Cleveleys has an opportunity for Full time and part time Care Assistants to work nights. Applicants for this role must have strong communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team. Successful applicants will have a good knowledge and understanding of person centered care.
We are keen to recruit individuals who have a passion for working with the elderly and those living with dementia .Ideally Nursing Home experience is required, however, applicants from other care backgrounds will be considered. Salary for a Care Assistant is 12.70 per hour. Applicants must be willing to undergo a DBS check, paid initially by the applicant and refunded after a successful probationary period of 6 months, and be eligible to work within the UK.
Night staff will be required to work alternative weekend nights.
