Health Care Assistant (Nights)

Farway Grange Nursing Home, Bournemouth

The basic rate of 12.60- 13.25 per hour + 0.40 night enhancement + benefits

Full-time 36-48 hrs per week.

Hours: 7.30 pm to 7.30 am - (includes alternate weekend working)

We are looking for kind and caring candidates to join our team helping support vulnerable adults in a friendly residential home.

You will work in a small, homely environment, with more time to spend with residents and a family-like team of colleagues.

Your New Health Care Assistant Job

:

As a Health Care Assistant, you'll be instrumental in enabling vulnerable people to live with dignity and have the chance to be a professional joy-bringer. You will work as a team to ensure that the physical, social and emotional needs of our residents are met. This will involve encouragement and participation in activities as well as assistance with personal care and support.

You don't need any previous experience or qualifications to be a Health Care Assistant, we will train you!

What matters is kindness, good listening and communication skills and being a team player. As long as you are positive, keen to learn and show initiative, with good people skills, we would like to hear from you.

Farway Grange is a lovely 23-bed nursing home occupying a former mansion house in leafy Queens Park and has an amazing team of carers along with award-winning gardens.
