Job Description
As a Night Health Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support to our service users during the night, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. You'll work closely with other care staff to maintain a calm and reassuring environment.
Providing personal care and support during the night.
Assisting with repositioning and mobility.
Monitoring residents' wellbeing and responding to needs promptly.
Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns.
Supporting a peaceful and respectful night time routine.
Previous care experience is
