We have an exciting opportunity for caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as a

Night Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

. In this vital role, you'll help ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care, comfort, and support throughout the night.

Responsibilities

Provide Quality Care

- Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, mealtimes, and emotional reassurance to ensure their comfort and well-being during night hours.

Monitor and Report

- Carry out regular checks, record residents' health and behaviour, and promptly share any concerns with the nursing team.

Support and Safety

- Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe environment and respond quickly to call bells or emergencies.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills A team player with a caring nature Reliable transport for commuting to Burley DBS check (we'll arrange this)

Please note: This role is only open to candidates currently living in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Location Note

Due to our lovely countryside location in Burley, having access to reliable transport is important.
