Full-time and Part-time, 12-hour shifts (night shifts, including alternate weekends)
From 12.21 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

As a

Health Care Assistant,

you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents throughout the night, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and comfort.

Your duties will include:

Providing person-centred care and support to help residents maintain their independence in line with their individual care plans. Assisting with personal care, mobility, continence needs, and mealtimes.
Supporting with bedtime and morning routines.

Offering emotional support and a listening ear to residents who need it most. Carrying out regular wellbeing checks and monitoring residents' conditions. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective handovers to the day team. Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment overnight. Engaging with residents and promoting a positive, homely atmosphere.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering person-centred care. Reliable, professional, and able to maintain calm under pressure. A team player with good communication skills. Willing to work night shifts on a rota basis (including alternate weekends). Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential -- full training and support will be provided. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
