This role is for a 'Waking night Health Care Assistant' and the hours are from

9pm to 8am two/three nights a week on a rolling rota (22 to 33 hours a week)

including some weekends with the expectation to cover extra shifts to help with holiday and sickness cover.

We require 2 years' care/support experience employed in the UK.

This role includes:

Medication administration

Health care support

Key working with residents

Working with other professionals

Learning and development

Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.

Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.

Follow care plans and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour.

Provide personal care to residents.

Level 2 in Adult Social Care or equivalent
