About the Role
Be part of a warmly supportive night-time care team, providing compassionate, person-centred care to our residents during the quieter hours. Your role contributes significantly to their safety, dignity, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with
personal care
, toileting, repositioning, and mobility needs Conductregular well-being checks
, including comfort rounds and observation Maintainaccurate records and documentation
of care provided using digital systems if available. Collaborate closely with colleagues and night nursing staff as needed Safeguard residents' dignity, privacy, and emotional well-being throughout the nightAbout You:
