Key Responsibilities:
Assist with
personal care
, toileting, repositioning, and mobility needs
Conduct
regular well-being checks
, including comfort rounds and observation
Maintain
accurate records and documentation
of care provided using digital systems if available.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and night nursing staff as needed
Safeguard residents' dignity, privacy, and emotional well-being throughout the night

Prior experience is valued, but
