We are currently seeking a

dedicated and experienced Health Care Assistant

to join our well-regarded care home in

Alton (GU34)

. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care to our residents in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high standards of personal care and support in line with individual care plans Assist residents with daily living activities including mobility, nutrition, and hygiene Support residents' emotional and social needs with dignity and respect Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the team Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times Work collaboratively with the nursing and care team to deliver holistic care Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care home setting is essential

A

minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

(Level 3 desirable) Ability to work

full-time rotational shifts (Days & Nights)

A kind, empathetic, and respectful approach to elderly care Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be reliable and committed to delivering the highest quality care
